Configure an Explicit Proxy in AsyncHttpClient 2.x

This is the org.asynchttpclient 2.12.4 API, with ProxyServer in its proxy package. For this public HTTPS example, replace the intermediary with an unauthenticated candidate from the HTTP proxy list and set the website separately. The configuration is supplied before client construction, and the 15-second request budget is part of that setup.

The example waits for the future inside the client's lifetime. An async application can compose it instead, but must retain the client until its assigned work finishes.

If supported JVM properties are the intended policy source, select setUseProxyProperties(true) explicitly. A property present in one runtime is not evidence that every client opted into it.

Older Dispatch examples often wrap com.ning and use a different opt-in property. Match the underlying client's imports and API rather than mixing that configuration with this 2.x builder.
