Configure the Proxy on Metricbeat's Kibana Setup Client

Place proxy_url under setup.kibana for dashboard uploads, with an explicit choice about environment-based bypass behavior.

Merge this into the active Metricbeat configuration for dashboard setup. host remains Kibana's API endpoint. Its path option is a Kibana deployment prefix, not an intermediary address.

The shared transport accepts proxy_url within setup.kibana. With no explicit value, it can select from HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY and NO_PROXY. Supplying proxy_url instead selects that proxy rather than environment-based selection, including its bypass policy.

Apply the edit to the operation that failed. output.elasticsearch.proxy_url controls Elasticsearch event output; dashboard setup uses Kibana, and metric collection can use another client. A successful output connection does not exercise this setup transport.
